Human Resources Executive/Leader

This is a critical role for our team. You will be a key asset to our clients and assist them on engagements that require a variety of skills at the HR Leader level:

  • Provide an assessment of the client's current HR function and strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive team.
  • Provide our clients with leadership, direction, and management of the HR function and team.
  • Manage the processes and procedures for all HR day-to-day responsibilities, leveraging client resources and/or GO Associate staff as appropriate.
  • Advise clients on long-term business and staff planning.
  • Establish and develop relationships with clients senior management, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Expand GO's footprint in the professional community and proactively work to uncover new opportunities for the business.

Desired Competencies

  • High level of proficiency in MS Excel, various HRIS and payroll systems
  • Enjoy working with multiple clients in a variety of industries
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with clients and internal team members
  • Savvy verbal and written communicator

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • BA in Human Resources or complementary area of focus
  • 10+ years in HR, 5+ in HR Leader role

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Background in mergers, acquisitions, and integrations
  • Prior engagements in consulting or contract work
  • Experience working with private equity-backed companies

Candidates must be located in Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN metro area and willing to travel extensively (up to 80%).
